Man in critical condition after reports of gunshots in SE Topeka, TPD investigating

TOPEKA (KSNT) - Topeka police are investigating an aggravated battery incident after receiving reports of gunshots near the 3100 block of SE Fremont.

According to a press release from TPD, officers arrived just after 4:00 a.m. Sunday and found one man with life-threatening injuries. He was transported by ambulance to a local hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
