Judi, 89, married the actor Michael Williams in 1971 and the pair went on to welcome their daughter, Finty, a year later.

The pair remained in wedded bliss until Michael passed in 2001 at the age of 65.

On tonight’s show, Judi took Jay to a home that she used to live in with Michael and their daughter Finty in the the 70s and 80s.

In the episode, Judi first said: “I want to take Jay to see my old home in the village of Charlecote but having not been back since leaving in 1984… this isn’t going to be easy.”

As Jay and Judi pulled up to the plush pad in his car, Judi could be heard saying” Oh, oh, this is a strange feeling.”

She appeared slightly uneasy as they pulled up into the driveway of the mansion as she beckoned out “my word” at the sight of her former home.

Judi became visibly emotional as she clutched onto her scarf whilst still inside the car with The Repair Shop star Jay.

With tears filling her eyes, the James Bond star confessed: “Ok, this is hard.”

Taking a deep breath, Jay reached out his hand to console Judi as he checked in that she was “okay”.

Judi struggled for words as it became instantly clear that the memories of her husband had come flooding back.

As she got out of the car, she said: “It holds a lot of memories, oh my goodness me!

“It’s very strange.”

Jay then rang the door bell as the pair were able to take a look around the mansion that Judi used to live in.

Judi’s husband Michael died after a battle with lung cancer leaving the star heartbroken.

Although she is now in a relationship with conservationist David Mills, having begun dating in 2010, she previously admitted that she does not ever think she has gotten over Michael’s death.

In a 2020 interview with David Tennant, she revealed she would “never get over” him.
