Off the Beaten Path: Bakery Suzanne

WILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) - A small bakery specializing in sourdough bread and pastries opened its doors in April. Originally located in Catskill, the owner was ready to bring his culinary skills to a new area.

The location isn’t the only major change Wilson Keenan made. Wilson’s Bread became Bakery Suzanne, named after the woman who sparked his passion for cooking: Mom.

Bakery Suzanne is located at 4284 NY-50 Suite 2 in Saratoga Springs (Wilton). The bakery is open Thursday - Sunday from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
