Torrent Power moves NCLAT against approval of Sarda Energy's bid for SKS Power

Torrent Power has appealed to NCLAT against the approval of Sarda Energy and Mining's plan for SKS Power Generation. Torrent argued that it had offered the highest upfront payment. NCLT denied Torrent's request for the approved plan, citing confidentiality. SEML's bid had earlier been approved by the creditors' committee.
