New Delhi [India], August 19 (ANI): Minister of State (MoS) in the Ministry of Defence, Sanjay Seth, paid last respects to Director General of the Indian Coast Guard, Rakesh Pal, at Brar Square, in Delhi, on Monday.

The mortal remains of Indian Coast Guard chief Rakesh Pal, who passed away in Chennai on August 18 after suffering a cardiac arrest, were brought to Delhi.
