1 dead, 2 injured in shooting outside courthouse as gunman in ‘armed standoff’ with cops

Kentucky police are in an armed standoff with a suspect who allegedly shot three people outside of a courthouse in an "ambush-type" shooting, including his romantic partner, before fleeing the scene.
