Table Space lines up $100 million to buy assets

Table Space announced plans to invest $100 million in office buildings, beginning with a ₹450 crore deal for 900,000 square feet of space in Pune. The company, which raised $325 million in 2022, also aimed to acquire additional space, targeting a shift to a 60:40 lease-to-ownership ratio from an initial 80:20 ratio.
