Justices urged to overturn 'fusillade of falsehoods' in redistricting ballot language

COLUMBUS — Backers of a proposal to take the redistricting pen out of the hands of "politicians" on Monday asked the Ohio Supreme Court to order some of those "politicians" back to the drawing board to redraft ballot language.
