I've been incorrectly hit with £1,300 Ulez charges but TfL will only refund me £300: SALLY SORTS IT

I signed up to the TfL AutoPay system to pay the congestion charge, but realised recently that it had also taken ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) charges over the previous 12 months.
