Man killed in Buckman neighborhood identified by Portland police

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Police have identified the man shot and killed in the Buckman neighborhood late Sunday night, the Portland Police Bureau announced Tuesday.

Donny M. Calabaza, 45, was dead when officers arrived at the area of Southeast Washington Street and Ninth Avenue around just after 10 p.m. A medical examiner has since determined that he died of homicide by gunshot wound.

No suspects were spotted at the scene, and police have yet to make any arrests.
