UPDATE: One killed, another hurt after NE Oklahoma City shooting

UPDATE @ 3:20 P.M.

According to Oklahoma City Police, one man has been killed and another man was injured as a result of Tuesday afternoon's shooting in NE OKC.

Police say two men were walking along NE 23rd when a third man shot at them from the other side of the street.

The injured man is expected to be okay after sustaining a non-life-threatening leg injury.

Additional updates are expected as early as tomorrow morning as the investigation continues.

No suspect information is available at this time. Police ask anyone with information to call the Homicide Tipline at 405-297-1200.
