Matilda looked stunning in a black bandeau top, paired with a gold necklace.

She styled her hair into waves and kept her make-up fresh for the YouTube chat – which delved deep into the Love Island couple’s rough patch after the Casa Amor stage.

Previously, fans had branded sassy Matilda the real “villain” of the ITV2 series due to her direct approach to Casa Amor bombshell Diamanté Laiva.

During Casa, Sean explored connections with both Diamanté and Ruby Dale but ultimately stuck with Matilda.

When Matilda returned to the main villa, it soon kicked off between her and Diamanté.

When asked how she felt about Sean choosing his original partner, Diamanté told him: “It’s a bit weird how you can tell someone they’re your priority and this is how you treat your priority.”

Matilda quickly fired back: “You’re not sat here, babe.”

Diamanté then bluntly replied: “You can have him, it’s fine, because he’s just going to do the same thing to you.”

Matilda then hit back and said: “Cool, cool, cool. I’m sat here.”

Now, with a month since the final aired, Matilda was sticking to her guns.

She told the podcast of the clip in question: “I’ve re-watched it and what you didn’t see is when I was coming in, she [Diamante] was saying stuff under her breath and sniggering and laughing.

“You could hear stuff like that so I was thinking – and I’ve always watched Love Island and the Casas and thought ‘why is no one saying stuff to these girls for being so muggy?’

“So when she said that I was like ‘ermmm’ I was livid.

“Everyone knows what Casa’s like,” before Sean interjected: “She blew it out of proportion, the conversations we did have.

“She took it a lot deeper than what it was.”

Matilda then surmised: “That’s why I had my back up because I thought if you’re going to be there laughing and joking and whatever and tying to mug me off I’m obviously going to give it back.

“I’m not going to sit and be like ‘yeah oh alright.”

Earlier in the chat, sweet seller Sean explained the sheer extent of his feelings for the recruitment consultant.

He said: “My feelings for Matilda were way stronger than those two girls.

“It was all very heated in the re-coupling, my sweat patches that evening were down there.

“I felt Diamante’s eyes eyeballing me from behind and I thought ‘oh my God, here I go.'”

Previously, Matilda was also called out by eagle-eyed Love Island fans after she appeared to make a very rude gesture to pal and co-star, Ronnie Vint.

Meanwhile, outside the villa, the brunette candidly addressed her cosmetic surgery as she opened up on her “fluctuating weight.”

She addressed her changing chest size during a Q&A on TikTok, admitting to going under the knife in 2022.
