My $1.25 Dollar Tree beauty buy’s my new holy grail – I’m telling you, it works as well as a $36 bottle from Sephora

MONEY might not grow on trees, but fans say Dollar Tree is delivering some serious beauty deals.

A savvy shopper scored a frugal face find that she thinks is magic in a bottle.

Redditor Breadpansbeauty didn’t shy away from sharing the prized beauty item she compared to a much pricier product.

“The Le Mercerie Matte Finish setting spray is my new holy grail – I think it works as well as Urban Decay All Nighter,” she said.

There was one thing she wasn’t sure of, however.

“I have not tested if it is waterproof like the Urban Decay one,” she said.

Still, she wasn’t complaining about any makeup meltdowns.

For $1.25, the Le Mercerie spray was doing the staying-in-place trick so far.

And it was just a fraction of the price of the higher-end version.

Sephora sells a bottle of Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray for $36.

The beauty buy is described as being able to keep makeup fresh and “smudge-proof” for up to 16 hours.

Now that she had set the record straight on her setting spray, others could also get in on the dollar deal.

And that wasn’t the only steal she was stocking up on.

It seemed she owed her whole beauty routine to her bargain-hunting.

She had found a loot of lower-priced items that she “loved,” including their Wet ‘n Wild makeup brushes, and Sally Hansen Insta-Dri polishes.

Just be warned, they sell out quickly.

She was also a fan of their Global Beauty Care Glowing Vitamin C Cleanser, and a Super Dry topcoat.

“I also always buy press on nails, hair brushes, and hair clips there,” she said.

If you want to try some of her favorites for yourself, B-Color Press on Nails, which come in a variety of styles, are also just $1.25.

Others also shared the goodies they had gotten at their local Dollar Tree.

“This might be a hot take, but I love those little oval scrubby pads. They come in a pack of two, white and grey. I just love a good exfoliation!” said a reader.

“Their retinol is terrific! It’s been 90 days and I’ve yet to find a better product, even high-end. No skin dry-out or breakout. Love it,” another commented.

“They finally got the watermelon glow recipe dupe stuff in my store this weekend and it made my skin pretty soft. No breakouts so far. Smells great!” a Redditor chimed in.
