CPaas is here to stay, says new CEO of Sinch, Laurinda Y Pang

Laurinda Y Pang, CEO of Sinch, stated that telecoms do not possess the necessary sales capabilities to effectively deliver CPaaS solutions, leading to unsuccessful market disruptions.
