High-ranking Black officer's rights complaint alleges Windsor police chief made racially derogatory remarks

Windsor's first Black police inspector has filed a human rights complaint, saying he heard the chief made derogatory and offensive comments toward the Black community. The service won't comment, saying the case is before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
