Happy Birthday, Rusty! Racing fan marks 92 at Saratoga Race Course

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) - Edward Skeals, a.k.a Rusty, celebrated his 92nd birthday with an early celebration at the Saratoga Race Course. The Veteran has been coming to the track since 1933.

In 2022, Rusty had the special experience of watching a race from the Winner's Circle, a birthday surprise from the New York Racing Association. At the time, he celebrated his 90th birthday surrounded by family at the Saratoga Race Course.
