FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Good Wednesday Evening,
It was one of the top three coldest starts to August 21st today with lows in the upper 40s in town, and low to mid 40s outside of town. Tonight, we will see winds relax and become light to calm, with overnight lows a degree or two warmer than this morning in the mid to upper 40s outside of town, and low 50s in town.
Thursday will be another beautiful day with still a bit of a northerly influence with highs in the upper 70s with sunny skies. Friday will see a shift around to a more southerly flow, and seasonal temps with highs into the middle 80s. Over the weekend, high pressure will expand across our area, with the core to the east-southeast, giving us a nice warm/moist southerly flow.
With mostly sunny skies, expect highs in the upper 80s on Saturday, lower 90s on Sunday, and low to mid 90s for Monday and Tuesday. A few more clouds will return on Wednesday, but skies will remain mostly sunny, with highs in the lower 90s.
