Numerous dyeing units in Gurgaon have been covertly discharging toxic effluents into the Najafgarh drain, which ultimately affects the Yamuna River. Despite court orders to relocate such industries, they continue to operate covertly, posing health risks to residents and contaminating water sources. Residents have long complained about the strong odor and polluted waterways caused by these units.
