Gr Noida resident becomes 'Ironman'

Abhishek Raj, a 38-year-old doctor from Faridabad, completed the Ironman Triathlon in Copenhagen in 12 hours and 54 minutes. Raj, one of only 10 Indian participants, underwent rigorous training to achieve this feat. His motivation was to promote health awareness and fitness. He overcame significant hurdles, including learning to swim, to participate in the event.
