'Talk about weird': Ann Coulter attacks Tim Walz's son for crying at DNC
Conservative author Ann Coulter lashed out at the son of Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Walz for becoming emotional during his dad's speech at the Democratic National Convention (DNC).
As his father spoke on the third day of the convention, Gus Walz could be seen crying and saying, "That's my dad."
“Hope, Gus, and Gwen – you are my entire world, and I love you,” the nominee said.
The following day, Coulter mocked Gus Walz's tears on X (formerly Twitter).
"Talk about weird," she wrote.
Coulter was quickly condemned for her remarks.

"A son emotionally moved by a father who he clearly loves is weird to you? That’s petty and not helpful to whatever point you’re trying to make on the election," journalist Brennan Stultz wrote.
