Tommy Fury’s heartbreaking comment to Molly-Mae about baby Bambi that fans say ‘proved it would never work’
TOMMY Fury and Molly-Mae fans predicted the couple would split after a heartbreaking moment that aired on TV.
The once happy couple appeared on Tyson Fury’s reality show while Molly was excepting their first child and discussed becoming parents.
Molly questioned whether he would have been happier if they were having a boy and Tommy bluntly replied: “Obviously, it would have been ideal to…”
As Molly looked horrified, he continued: “To have a son to take to the boxing gym and hold the pads for him. He can hit my hands. But…”
The influencer asked him: “What’s not ideal about a girl?”
Trying to rectify the situation, he continued: “There’s nothing not ideal about a girl. I’m just saying. Although, I wouldn’t push her into boxing, because getting punched in the face for a living…”
Molly hit back: “It’s not that fun, is it? It’s not a very smart way to make a living.”
At the time viewers feared it spelled trouble for the couple, who also argued on the show about how to educate their daughter Bambi.
Tommy, who is from the Traveller community, expressed his wishes for Bambi to follow in his footsteps and leave school at the age of 10.
Last week The Sun revealed Molly-Mae dumped Tommy after learning he had cheated on her by Danish blonde Milla Corfixen, 20.
The jewellery assistant admitted to enjoying a night out with the boxer at a club in Macedonia but has denied kissing the star and insisted: “He was a proper gentleman”.
Milla told us: “I am the girl but nothing happened. We just had fun. I’m Danish but I am from here also.
“I don’t know what he’s been doing but someone else must have kissed him. I have a boyfriend back home.”
Milla said she was saddened by the reality pair’s break-up, adding: “When I saw it I was like, ‘What is going on?’ I will talk to Molly-Mae.”
Tommy has also been accused of kissing a blonde during a 2am vodka binge at INclusive nightclub.
The boxer – younger brother of ex-world champion Tyson Fury, 36 — has denied cheating via a spokesperson.
They said: “Tommy is horrified by the false allegations of cheating being circulated by the media and he is consulting his lawyers.”
