Police: Woman injured in unprovoked attack in NW Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Oklahoma City Police say they are investigating after an unprovoked attack at a local convenience left a woman injured.

According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, the incident happened on July 19, 2024, at a convenience store near NW 23rd St. and Pennsylvania Ave.

Officials say a man entered the store and began acting erratically. He then punched a woman multiple times in her head, leaving large bumps on her forehead and blood all over her face. Shortly after, the man left the store and drove away in a black SUV.

According to OKCPD, investigators believe this was a completely unprovoked attack. The suspect in the video appears to have some sort of medical port on his upper right chest area.
