Angels, GM Perry Minasian agree to extension through 2026

The Los Angeles Angels and general manager Perry Minasian reached an agreement on a contract extension through the 2026 season, the team announced Thursday.
Minasian is nearing the end of his initial four-year deal with the team, signed in November 2020.
The Angels entered Thursday tied with the Oakland Athletics for last place in the American League West at 54-73.
