I decided to give these a try after hearing great feedback from a few people who had added feta to my Spinach and Ricotta Rolls recipe and I was certainly not disappointed.Along with Ricotta and Feta, these crunchy and very moreish little pastry parcels also have parmesan cheese, onion flakes and a little nutmeg for some extra flavour. I couldn’t help but sampling one while taking these photos and my little helper was also impressed with them.As well as being a great party food item, these Spinach and Three Cheese Triangles are also great for an easy lunch, served with a side of salad.
