In her viral video, TikTok user Diana Mirgon (@dmirgonfit21) showed her followers her physical transformation.

She shared that she had been overweight and depressed in her 40s, with a variety of health issues.

However, after making some changes to her lifestyle she was able to turn things around.

Now 53, Diana has a healthy and fit physique with strong muscles and toned abs.

She encouraged any of her followers who may be struggling with health or body issues to start their own fitness journeys.

“You can still get healthy, lose weight, get in shape as you get older,” Diana said.

She credited three steps to helping her turn her lifestyle around and improve her health.

Diana revealed that she previously had had an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise.

For her first tip, she emphasised the importance of staying fit and active.

She demonstrated a beginner workout to get started, which consists of 10 to 20 squat to stands, 10 to 20 alternating knee strikes, 10 incline push-ups, and 20 seated alternating knee tucks.

Diana also advised her followers to follow a high-protein high-fibre diet.

She also revealed that lymphatic massages have helped her whole body and face feel and look better.

And in terms of beauty, Diana focuses on using limp plumping makeup products to enhance her features.

Rather than focusing on restricting your meals, she suggested simply steering clear of high-calorie meals and snacks.
