Gossip Girl star to marry model fiancee TOMORROW in lavish three-day wedding
BRITISH actor Ed Westwick will marry his model fiancée Amy Jackson tomorrow in a lavish wedding lasting three days.
The Gossip Girl heartthrob, 37, will say “I Do” with the British model, 32, at a medieval castle nestled in the hills of the Amalfi Coast.
The Sun can reveal the official celebrations will kick off today, with the couple chartering a private boat tour around the Italian city of Salerno.
Sparing no expense, the couple are then expected to exchange vows in an outdoor ceremony at the fairytale castle in Campania, Italy, an hour’s drive along the coastline from Salerno.
After hosting a lavish banquet, the couple will then party into the early hours.
Guests can then nurse their sore heads at a six hour pool party complete with light lunch on Sunday.
The three day extravaganza comes less than eight months after Ed popped the question during a skiing trip in Switzerland.
A source said: “Ed and Amy jetted into Italy on a eight seater private jet with their immediate family on Thursday afternoon before hosting some low key drinks for a small group of friends at in the courtyard of Castello di Rocca Cilento.
“The real events kicked off at 4pm today when guests will be treated to a five hour private boat tour leaving from Salerno.
“The wedding itself will take place at 4.30pm tomorrow when Ed and Amy will say ‘I Do’ in an outdoor ceremony at a 5 star resort.
“They then will host a ‘high class wedding banquet’ against a backdrop of stunning Amalfi countryside before taking to the dancefloor for their first dance.
“Keeping the party going, on Sunday guests are invited to a six-hour pool party with a light lunch.”
In January Ed got down on one knee on a 3,000 meter high walkway in the Swiss Alps which hangs 3 between a View Point in Les Diablerets and Scex Rouge in Gstaad.
In June Amy hosted a three day Hen Party in Paris which saw her and fifteen guests check into the five star Hotel Plaza Athenee in the French capital.
The trip included a high end cooking class, life drawing session, tour of the Palace of Versailles and a dinner at a French manor owned by posh champagne brand Veuve Clicquot.
Ed first met model Amy, who has a five your old song Andreas Panayiotou who she shares with former partner, George Panayiotou, at Silverstone racetrack in 2021.
The two were attending an event hosted by Aston Martin.
Keeping things low key, Ed asked her on a double coffee and dog walk date with his Frenchie Humphrey and her poodle Herbert.
Amy previously gushed: “He knew how to win me over from the get-go…coffee and dogs.”
