And it appears the book Tommy penned about his life, named Lightening Can Strike Twice, came with a substantial six figure deal attached.

Respected book industry publication The Bookseller said the contract was a “substantial” six-figure agreement.

Tommy’s book is due out in October but fans can pre-order it now.

Tig Wallace, senior commissioning editor at publishers Sphere, said of Tommy’s book Lightning Can Strike Twice: “Tommy Fury’s inspiring autobiography doesn’t just delve into how he carved out an unbeaten professional career against the odds but lets us into all areas of his life with honesty, humility and incredible warmth.”

And Tommy admitted:  “I am super excited for the release of my first book this year! I finally get to show you all the man away from the boxing ring and TV – I’m going to take you along with me as I take a trip down memory lane, going through all the trials and tribulations I faced growing up as well as all the struggles that have led me to where I am today, as well as looking towards the future and what that may hold for me.

“It’s a bumpy ride, so fasten your seatbelts! I hope you enjoy the book.”

The boxer is also charging fans for signed copies of his book too, but hardly anyone’s buying them.

He’ll be cashing in on his split from sweetheart Molly-Mae Hague by flogging £25 signed copies of his autobiography.

Sales so far have been sluggish as it currently sits at number 14,946 in the Amazon book charts despite its now £12.50 price tag.

Prices for the book were slashed from £25 to £12.50 in the wake of his crisis.

Hand-signed copies are still being sold for the original RRP from sellers Coles.

The book has glowing chapters about his time with Molly-Mae during their five year relationship.

The book promises: “Unfiltered stories about his experience on Love Island, candid insight into his life at home with Molly-Mae and their daughter Bambi, and a glimpse behind the scenes of what life is like as part of the UK’s most popular family – including never-before-seen personal photos”.

Tommy was dumped by fiancee Molly-Mae after confronting him for cheating on while on holiday with six pals.
