Will Rogers Airport officials seek to update name and brand

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Will Rogers Airport is looking to update its name and brand.

Airport leaders say the airport is looking to update its current name to industry standards, after a resolution to change the name was approved by the Airport Trust.

The name change seeks to update Will Rogers Airport, to the name OKC Will Rogers International Airport.

It is now up to the City Council to approve the name change.
