St. Paul’s University Club hosts ‘disastrous’ wedding for couple, who finally secured refund

The owner of the historic venue, which sits along Summit Avenue overlooking the Mississippi River through downtown St. Paul, recently paid Rachel and Fahim Rashid $16,000 in refund for a wedding ceremony they say was a nightmare.
