The Phillies get outfielder Austin Hays back from the Injured List today after a hamstring injury. He was hitting .256/.310/.39 with four home runs in 214 plate appearances between the Orioles and Phillies this year after being an All-Star last year.

The Royals start Michael Wacha, who tossed six shutout innings in his last start and has a 2.15 ERA in six starts since the All-Star break.
