Register your foreign business with the KVK | Business.gov.nl

You have a business abroad and want to do business in the Netherlands. You will need to register your company. How you need to register depends: does your business have a branch (called a permanent establishment) in the Netherlands? Then it will most likely need to register with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce KVK and the Netherlands Tax Administration (Belastingdienst).
