Rain expected across PH on Sunday as habagat affects western regions

MANILA, Philippines — Most parts of the country are expected to experience rain on Sunday due to the southwest monsoon, locally known as habagat, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). In its morning forecast, Pagasa said the habagat continues to affect the western parts of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
