Qantas flight from Rome to Perth experienced tyre damage during take-off, leading to a punctured wing. The damage was found after landing. Separately, a ticket pricing error sold first-class tickets at a huge discount. Qantas rebooked customers in business class and offered refunds as a goodwill gesture.
