We saved 97% of Kasoa New Market from fire – GNFS

Officers from the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) say they have salvaged over 97 percent of the Kasoa new market from being deluged by fire on Sunday, 25 August 2024. The fire destroyed 76 market stalls and their merchandise, but firefighters managed to control the blaze with four fire appliances deployed from Kasoa, Budumburam, Dansoman, and Korle Bu Fire Stations.
