2024 Paris Paralympics: Meet Team Philippines

MANILA, Philippines – The spotlight shifts to the Philippines’ finest para athletes as they carry the national colors in the 2024 Paris Paralympics that will be staged from August 28 to September 8.

The Philippines is sending its biggest delegation to the quadrennial meet since 2012, with six Filipino bets competing in four sports.

Para swimmers Ernie Gawilan and Angel Otom, wheelchair racer Jerrold Mangliwan, para archer Agustina Bantiloc, para javelin thrower Cendy Asusano, and para taekwondo jin Allain Ganapin look to add to the Philippines’ all-time Paralympics medal haul that includes two bronzes.
