Sexual abuse case at Badlapur school: Thane court remands accused to 14-day judicial custody

A man accused of sexually abusing two minor girls at a school in Badlapur was remanded to 14-day judicial custody in Thane district. The attendant of the private school was sent to jail after appearing in court amid tight security. School management members have also been implicated in the case. Following protests, a special investigation team led by senior IPS officer Arti Singh was formed by the Maharashtra government.
