Hollyoaks’ Steph Waring looks stunning in white at UK wedding to Tom Brookes after eloping to the Maldives
STEPH Waring looked stunning in white as she and Tom Brookes celebrated their UK wedding.
Last month the couple eloped to the Maldives to tie the knot and now they’ve made it official at home too.
Former Hollyoaks star Steph, 46, opted for a simple white dress and had her short hair styled in a glam quiff, while Tom, 44, looked dapper in a blue suit.
The newlyweds looked more loved-up than ever as they were snapped dancing surrounded by their guests, including Steph’s co-stars.
Ross Adams, Gabriel Clark and Kelly Condron were all in attendance for Steph and Tom’s special day which took place at The Coast in Prestbury, Macclesfield
Proud mum Steph also posed with daughters Mia, 13, and Lexi Grace, 18.
She and Tom have been together for four years and decided to take the plunge in a “last minute” decision during their recent Maldives holiday.
Steph told OK! Magazine: “When we booked this holiday to the Maldives, Tom said, ‘Do you want to get married?’ and I just replied, ‘Yeah.'”
Tom added: “I was having a look online at where we were staying and I saw they did weddings.
“I’m quite an impromptu person in some senses, so it just felt right. We just jumped at this chance.”
Steph was axed from Hollyoaks earlier this year after playing Cindy Cunningham on and off for 28 years.
Last week the actress revealed she’s pursuing a new career alongside TV work and has qualified as a life coach.
Sharing the news on social media, she wrote: “Today I became a certified life coach!
“Behind the scenes I have been working hard, studying for hours, working with clients for my unsupervised hours required and it all came down to this.
“The final exam! I am so unbelievably proud of myself for seeing this through and discovering a passion beyond my wildest dreams.”
