Rate Cuts in Emerging Asia Likely to Be Slower, Smaller Than Fed's

Central banks in Asian emerging markets are likely to cut interest rates after the Federal Reserve starts its easing cycle, but their cuts are likely to be slower and smaller in scale, Citi says in a report.
