Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections: Congress announces candidates for nine seats

The Congress announced nine candidates for the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections, including Ghulam Ahmad Mir, Vikar Rasool Wani, and Sheikh Riaz.
