Liverpool Pursuit Of Winger Is Not Advanced

Liverpool are interested in Juventus winger Federico Chiesa, who is also a target for Barcelona, but no move to Anfield for the player is advanced, according to the Daily Mail.

 

Juventus want to sell Chiesa before the summer transfer window slams shut on Friday night.

 

The Serie A giants have been struggling to find buyers for the Italy winger and Barcelona were the only credible option for him until recently.

 

 

However, Liverpool have thrown their hat into the transfer mix for the winger with three days left in the window.

 

The Reds have been in contact to find out about the conditions of doing a deal but nothing is advanced at the moment.

 

 

Liverpool admire Chiesa and are exploring the possibility of taking him to Anfield in the final days of the transfer window.

 

But their potential pursuit of the player is still at an exploratory stage as they seek to understand the margins of a proposed move.

 

 

Barcelona have been in talks with Juventus and are believed to be ready to offer €10m for the winger this summer.
