Saul Colon, 37, was indicted for snatching a safe that contained the scroll in an early-morning raid at Siach Yitzchok, a Jewish school located on Beach 9th Street near Caffrey Avenue in Far Rockaway back on May 7, the Queens DA’s Office said.
