Nabanna Abhijan Rally: Protestors drag away barricades, police resort to lathicharge, tear gas shells

Protestors clashed with state police in a march over the RG Kar Medical College rape-murder case. Despite being declared illegal, student organizations and state employees pushed for Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's resignation. Police used force to disperse the crowd.
