Conor Kennedy Has Also Been Busy on TikTok
If JFK and Jackie O. were more movie stars than politicians, the younger generation of Kennedys has mastered a smaller screen: Our phones. The former president’s grandson, Jack Schlossberg, rules TikTok with a jawline of steel and uniquely revolting condiment takes. But did you know that his cousin Conor Kennedy is also (sort of) making a name for himself online via the corporate social-media accounts of his personal-injury law firm?
A brief reminder: Conor is the grandson of JFK’s brother Bobby Kennedy, the son of former presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and the brother of a woman recently seen with Ben Affleck. You may recognize his name from a brief 2012 fling with Taylor Swift when he was heading into his senior year at boarding school. These days, he lives in L.A., where he recently got engaged to singer Giulia Be, and practices law at Wisner Baum, a personal injury firm with a wildly ambitious social-media manager. The firm posts almost daily on both TikTok and Instagram, and Conor makes frequent appearances alongside his equally game colleagues. He weighs in on his favorite pastry (profiteroles), translates famous movie lines into legalese, and has even indulged in some fluorescent-lit group choreo with one of the senior partners.
Does Conor possess any of his Vogue correspondent cousin’s chaotic charm or sweaty sexual magnetism? Not exactly. Are commenters concerned that his most romantic move is “buying somebody, like, a little Dyson”? You bet. But, as Schlossberg has demonstrated, the Kennedy charm lies in the unconventional. Conor’s influencer style may be more pencil-pusher than reciting Lord Byron on a Ripstik, but there’s something for everyone. His personal Roman Empire is literally the Roman Empire, and I think that’s great.
