Services for Mrs. Letha Zelma Ray Rice, 79, of Route 9, Harmony community, widow of Elmer Rice, at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Elberton Church of God by the Revs.James Butler, James L. Olds and Frank Owens. Burial in Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. The body is at Hicks Funeral Home and will be placed in the church 10 a.m. Tuesday.The family is at the home of Benjamin Rice, Ginn Street, Bowman. Don Wheeler BELTON Don Ray Wheeler, 64, of Route 4, Crawford Road, husband of Ada Whitelee Wheeler, died Monday at his home. Born in Lead Ore, Idaho, he was a son of the late Burns John and Edith Workman Wheeler.
