Most Ghanaians are habitual loan defaulters — GCB MD laments

Ghanaians have been urged to change their ways and pay back loans as scheduled, amid concern over rising levels of non-performing loans (NPLs) in the banking sector. The Managing Director of the Ghana Commercial Bank PLC, John Kofi Adomakoh, expressed worry over what he described as a bad habit of Ghanaians borrowing money from banks but failing to repay.
