Love Island’s Ciaran and Nicole reveal explosive row at reunion party saying ‘it was kicking off’
LOVE Island couple Ciaran Davies and Nicole Samuel has revealed that things “kicked off” during the reunion party.
Earlier this month, the cast headed to Radio Rooftop Bar at ME Hotel for a special brand event.
But the Love Island reunion exploded in chaos when a row broke out between Diamante Laiva and Ruby Dale.
Welsh lad Ciaran, 21, has now admitted that the two girls ripped into each other during the night out.
Appearing on Not My Bagg podcast, co-host Joe Bagg said: “The Casa girls went a bit mental, didn’t they?
“It’s been like real life Casa, they’ve been having fights at parties – I’ve been watching the lives, there’s just a lot going on.”
Ciaran explained: “I was just stood there watching and I didn’t know what was happening.
“We all were there and they started kicking off at each other,” as Nicole said: “It was something on live,” referring to the fallout the Casa girls had on Instagram Live.
The night didn’t go without some drama after Casa Amor boy Lionel Awudu filmed Diamante and Ruby’s argument on live and tried to keep the peace.
Some fans have been left confused about why they butted heads – so Diamante has cleared things up on Instagram.
Diamante wrote: “Since everyone is confused about where this started I’ll clear it up – since leaving the villa there’s been time where Ruby has tried to embarrass me in interviews.
“There was an instance where her friend had pointed out a (derogatory) joke and Ruby thought it would be funny to tell me…
“I brushed it off and the last night out she was trying to baby me by SCREAMING in my face and telling me what to do.
“I told her privately, just said we don’t have to fake a friendship for the cameras and i saw her @ this reunion and we didn’t speak the whole night- which is fine.
“I was live with Lionel and when Ruby drinks a lot she behaves like this. Usually she can hold a conversation but idk why she came over to ask me why i blocked her.
“Everyone who witnessed it agreed that she’s just drunk & saw opportunity. It’s just ntd (not that deep). I’m TIRED of being the TARGET!!!”
When contacted by The Sun, Diamante told us: “It’s been going on for a while but I kept quiet because I didn’t want another drama to be out.
“Everyone loved to paint me as the ‘angry black woman’.”
Diamante was forced to defend herself in the villa – first when Matilda Draper made a “vile” comment towards her at the firepit, and again when Jess White snapped at her.
FALLING OUT
Olivia Hawkins, from a past series, took shots at Diamante on social media – with the business owner replying in a scathing video.
On Wednesday, Diamante reunited with the Love Island cast and was on a TikTok live with Lionel, when Ruby waded in.
Ruby said: “Basically, we went to an event, we went out after the event, Diamante went home after this event, and just blocked me.
“No, no, I’m not drunk! Ruby is not drunk!”
Wagging her finger at Diamante who stood behind her holding her phone, Ruby went on: “She messaged me a big long message and I said, no hun, I’ve got no problem.”
Lionel later went live with Diamante on Instagram, and the shaken star said: “I don’t drink.
“Guys, I don’t drink alcohol at all. Because it messes you up.
“I’ve literally just had an argument with her in there.
“Guys, I can’t get a break, I literally can’t get a break. Never in my life have I sent for someone, I’m always defending myself, I’ve literally come over here for a chilled night.”
She added: “The girl has come over here and started shouting at me, you’re not about to shout at me.
“Like you’re not my mother, you’re two years older than me so cut it out.
“Why are you upset that I blocked you, just leave it, I told you specifically what the issue was that your vibe was off.
“And then I blocked you. I’m just trying to have a good night. I don’t need all of this. I look too good for this you know!”
Diamante and Ruby entered the villa as part of the Casa Amor twist.
The girls were both interested in Matilda Draper’s man Sean Stone.
