I largely disagree with your assessments of both players, but I think you have a point about Myoshi playing wide right. He doesn't take people on as that isn't really his game. I prefer him at number 10, and at present I still rate him as our best number 10. Thor, Harris or someone else could change my mind as the season goes on.
he would be better as a number 10 I agree. i don't think Willumsson is a 10. Harris there was no need to sign him. that's a blot of Davies ignoring our own players like Khela, Donovan, Hall and developing a Fulham player instead. when Miyoshi gets the ball he tries to pick our way through packed defences like Man City. we're not good enough to do that. he needs a tick or a bit of speed, which he hasn't got. and when it gets physical he can't cope
Its nothing to do with developing Fulham players over our own. Davies is (rightly) concentrating on getting us out of this god forsaken league and thinks we've got more chance of doing that with Harris. Its pretty simple.
Its not like we made a conscious decision over the last 5/6 years to throw the kids in and now Davies is reversing it. We did it out of necessity because we didnt have a pot to piss in. Thats no longer the case.
