Del City PD prep for 'Tip-A-Cop' Sept. 10

DEL CITY, Okla. (KFOR) - The Del City Police Department is preparing to trade badges for aprins in this year's Tip-A-Cop event.

Attendees can expect officers to dish out delicious food and serve as "celebrity waiters" all while accepting tips to benefit the incredible athletes of the Special Olympics Oklahoma.

Event organizers for the event say every tip makes a difference and encourages everyone to show up and eat!
