Women's Health Wednesday: Varicose veins

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) - Varicose veins are bulging veins that often appear on legs. Both men and women can have them, but more women are treated for them than men.

For most people, varicose veins are a cosmetic issue but can sometimes cause pain or discomfort, according to the Mayo Clinic, and in some scenarios may lead to other health issues.
