Nearly 30K still without power in Minnesota's storm-ravaged Twin Cities region

Thousands of residents in Minnesota's Twin Cities metro area and some parts of Wisconsin still were without electricity Wednesday after severe storms hit the region, and power may not be restored for some until Thursday.
